Discovery, Canterbury Museum's natural history centre for children, is bursting with weird and wonderful things to explore. Dig for fossils, say "hi" to the live tarantulas and learn all about our amazing world and the creatures that share it.
Discovery is located on Level 3 of the Museum.
Open seven days a week
Summer hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (October - March)
Winter hours: 9.00 am - 4.30 pm (April - September)
$2.00 per person (under three years of age free)
Free entry to Discovery Club members
